The challenge

In 2016, HCA launched a £3 billion Home Building Fund to provide financial support for new housing projects across England. Their brand needed to be clear and accessible to raise the Fund’s profile with house building companies.

Our solution

We created a distinctive and modern brand that could be used across a variety of mediums. The logo is inspired by architectural house plans but is simplified for accessibility reasons and to convey the Fund’s transparency and integrity.
